How can I change my password?
To change your password, log into your account on our website. On the left side of the page, click "Change Password," follow the steps, and click "Submit." Your new password will be sent to your registered email address immediately.
How to select my destination?
Your destination can be selected by entering or typing the city name or IATA code in the appropriate box.
How can I modify/cancel a previous booking?
You can change or cancel your previous booking anytime. However, the change of date or cancellation depends on the terms and conditions of the airlines, fare, and availability of your amended booking.
- Log into TravelMagicalPlaces.com.
- Go to "My Account" and choose the itinerary you need to cancel, then press the "Cancel" button.
- Write down the reason for cancellation.
- Submit your request.
Our customer service team will review the terms and conditions that apply to your request and inform you about the cancellation policy. Additional service fees may apply depending on airline policies.
Hotels
Do children receive discounted prices?
The policy regarding child reductions varies between hotels. Whenever child discounts apply, it will be passed on to you.
What does the total price include?
The price displayed is the total cost of the room/s requested for the duration of your trip. The price also includes service fees.
Can I book over the telephone?
Yes, you can book either online or over the phone. For more information, click here (contact us).
Can I book without an email address?
If you do not have an email address, please contact our customer service team, who will assist you with making the reservation.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can make reservations online or via our customer service team.
Why is the hotel rate different from when I last visited?
Prices can change based on supply and demand, hotel availability, and currency fluctuations. However, once payment is made, the price is locked.
Will the photo of the room displayed on the site be the one I'll get?
Room size, design, fixtures, furnishings, and facilities may vary from those shown in the photos.
How late can I check into a hotel?
Most hotels allow check-in at any time during the day, though check-out is usually restricted to a specific time. For late check-ins, contact the hotel directly to inform them of your situation.
How do I know if my hotel booking is confirmed?
Once your booking payment is completed, we will send the hotel voucher to your email immediately, including the booking reference number. You can also access all your bookings through the 'My Account' section on our homepage.
Do I need to re-confirm my booking?
You do not need to re-confirm your booking with us or the hotel directly. For any questions related to your booking before departure, contact our customer service team for assistance.
What documents do I need to check in at the hotel?
You will receive a confirmation email and voucher. Print it before your departure and show it to the hotel receptionist. Some hotels may request a valid credit card for any optional charges or fees.
What are the methods of payment?
We accept valid credit cards, debit cards, and cash as payment methods. For your protection against money loss, review the valid payment methods before selecting one.
Should I be afraid to enter my credit/debit card details?
No, Flyin.com uses HSBC/SABB bank payment pages, fully secured with encrypted details (transferred into secret code) to protect your privacy.
I have contacted the hotel, and they don't have my reservation?
Generally, your name will be sent within 72 hours before your arrival date. The room is booked, and names are sent closer to the arrival date.
What happens if my arrival is delayed?
Most hotel rooms will be held until 5 am the following morning. However, some hotels will hold your reservation until midnight. If your delay means arriving later than midnight, contact our customer service team or the hotel directly to arrange for your room to be held longer.
How do I reach the hotel?
Once your booking is complete, we will send the voucher that includes the hotel address, phone number, and reference number. It’s your responsibility to arrange travel to and from the hotel.
